1. But I still love this app! Good job on making this app👍💣pictures are all so fantastic but no matter how fast my internet is the picuters of every member indivisually doesnt show up ... it says loading and loading!! goes on forever.... but the pics with all memebrs loads fast....thats just the reason i rated thus app with 3 stars....and because i love bts...lmaoIt has many pictures of them and most of the pictures are clear.

2. Other than that, great app to download.I love this app! I love how theres also wallpapers of the BTS members theirselfs! I also love how you can do a drawing on the wallpaper and you can also put a title!! WOW!!!!!! But the reason why I gave this app 4 stars is because some of the wallpaper take FOREVER to load I don't know if its my Wi-Fi or its the app.

4. This app is so frustrating, when i first use it worked properly but then when i used it the next day the pics wont show my wifi is strong but it kept loading i re-downloaded it but nothing changed.

1. Fix BTS Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart BTS: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the BTS App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "BTS" » Open BTS - Best wallpaper 2020 2K HD Full HD » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for BTS » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear BTS - Best wallpaper 2020 2K HD Full HD app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from BTS servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "BTS - Best wallpaper 2020 2K HD Full HD" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check BTS app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, BTS might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall BTS. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall BTS then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing BTS not working

2. Fix BTS Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make BTS be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to BTS not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, BTS may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
