1. Fix Kia Soul Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Kia Soul: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Kia Soul App. Here is how:

   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Kia Soul » click "UPDATE".
