Why should I report an Issue with Lasagna - Live Wallpaper?

1. Also, it's ad free, and I appreciate it so much! Also, Developer provides really quick support.It works really well, but can you make it in higher resolution and for AMOLED displays and also the wallpaper changes if you uninstall the app, can you make it as such that even if I uninstall the app it still keepa the wallpaper, as it is kind of redundant keeping an app just for a wallpaper.

4. But this is a wallpaper I'm satisfied with.Very Nice! although the resolution is low on some areas, can you fix it? and make the movement more dynamic? and maybe some color options and some movement options? love the app.

5. Congratulations on making in! PS : it's consuming a lot of battery, so I have no idea for how long I'm gonna be able to keep it as my wallpaper (sadly).Great, I just wish I could get it to work on my lockscreen as well.

7. Wallpaper itself is in satisfying quality (but it's not perfect, you can see pixels often).

8. And that's quite a big problem, becouse this pattern makes it quite difficult to read things on home screen - simply becouse of movement.

9. There's no possibility for setting this wallpaper for lock screen only.

10. Also could you increase the resolution a bit, doesn't look amazing on my Note 10+.

1. Fix Lasagna Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Lasagna: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Lasagna App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Lasagna" » Open Lasagna - Live Wallpaper » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Lasagna » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Lasagna - Live Wallpaper app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Lasagna servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Lasagna - Live Wallpaper" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Lasagna app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Lasagna might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Lasagna. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Lasagna then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Lasagna not working

2. Fix Lasagna Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Lasagna be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Lasagna not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Lasagna may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
