1. All that this web application does is, it asks you for an image, then a video and then plays the video on the image when you scan with this app.I LOVE THIS APP! It works on my kill this love album and my photocards like my Lisa oreo photocard and MANY asepa photocards as a K-pop fon try it out its fun tos ee your album and photocard move it even works on some Lomo cards and home made carsI have noticed that many people stumbled upon all sorts of problem while using this app, however, my experience has been flawless.

2. And maybe a tutorial might be effective if the developers do an update.(that's with a smile , not being a dick at all just so you guys know.)🤓👾✂️It's impossible to use this app, there are only two buttons, a flash light and an "Art Feed" one which just shows some other artist's work.

3. I have an augmented reality t shirt that I love that I don't use because it doesn't work, and I had an AR project that I shelved because it was too slowTo use this app you need to have submitted something on Artitive Bridge app.

4. The video and audio work perfectly, the recognition of the image is done pretty much instantly, there's really nothing to complain about! Congrats.

5. When it scans an image for the first time, the video takes too long to play.

6. It's a really great app when it works, but as long as it doesn't, i can't rate it betterSince I reinstalled the application, I notice that it no longer works well, as the previous version worked.

7. Sometimes the audio plays but video won't appear, Sometimes you still have to restart the app to function, Sometimes it takes way too long to load.

8. I will send more feedback on the official email!I was really excited about this app and tried scanning the bts mots: 7 signature card, it didn't work.

9. There's no make your own design option (not visible at least) and I can't even scan pre-existing QR codes because there's no capture button or access to gallery.

10. The fact that they don't even MENTION that you NEED their other app for THIS ONE to work.

1. Fix Artivive Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Artivive: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Artivive App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Artivive" » Open Artivive » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Artivive » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Artivive app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Artivive servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Artivive" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Artivive app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Artivive might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Artivive. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Artivive then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Artivive not working

2. Fix Artivive Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Artivive be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Artivive not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Artivive may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
