2. 2 stars for 2 free chapters.My 4 yo daughter absolutely loves Pango! She has all Pango apps you can get and she loves them all! The story time app is the best app! You can actually make the characters do whatever you want to make your own story! It's a really great idea! It's like your in the story! Best app ever! We love Pango, but we wish we could get stuffed animals or toys with all the characters.

1. Fix Pango Kids Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Pango Kids: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Pango Kids App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Pango Kids" » Open Pango Kids: Learn & Play 3-6 » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Pango Kids » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Pango Kids: Learn & Play 3-6 app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Pango Kids servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Pango Kids: Learn & Play 3-6" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Pango Kids app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Pango Kids might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Pango Kids. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Pango Kids then reinstall.
