1. may seem trivial but I have bad ADHD and i really struggle with busy places so the tour seemed awesome and would help me organize what is a chaotic building but nope pretty useless.I donloaded the app to use the augmented reality and it just doesn't work, Tried on 3 different phones and we couldn't make it work.

2. It now showed the option for a tram time... 2.5 hours later...We tried to use this app to do an interactive tour of houston space centre.

3. (I had to grant location permissions manually through the settings app.) If you can land probes on Mars you surely can program a better app! 😩The app is required to reserve your tram time to get to Johnson space center.

4. If you happen to look for one when they're all booked for the time slot (which you cannot choose, the time slot is based off the time you are actually pressing the button) you get a blank screen telling you tram reservations are unavailable and that's it.

5. Also tried to book a slot on the tram but no clue where to do so, it mentions go back and join the virtual line but no such thing like the virtual line.

6. Unfortunately, that feature doesn't work unless you are near the tram section at the space center.

7. We tried every section of the app looking for the tram info and could t find it so we gave up.

8. E.g. temporarily loses your place in the tram tour queue (work-around: restart the app).

9. Downloading, installing, using it, booking your tram, checking the status of your tram booking, getting notified, everything.

10. If you happen to get one, In order to check on the time that's left before your tour you have to restart the app because it never refreshes.

11. Same results.App must be forced closed and reopened to see your que status for a tram ride.

1. Restart Space Center Houston: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Space Center Houston App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Space Center Houston" » Open Space Center Houston » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Space Center Houston » click "UPDATE".
