1. The only time I had a technical issue was when first using the app and registering, but a phone call to customer service solved it quickly.
2. Everything from the customer service to the app, the cars, the pricing, the availability, is right up there in the top 3 companies for me of all time.
3. Please keep this level of services, I will keep using ondemand app and pay premium.Very nice car rental service and good app.
4. I am very happy with this service since I don't have a car, and there is a couple cars close to my apartment.Cannot use the service.
5. Only annoying thing is the name of the app which is impossible to search for on the phone since it does not include/start with VolvoFirst of all, when I search for a car with any parameters I get a popup saying "Something went wrong".
6. Please update the app otherwise 10/10App does what it's supposed to do and using it to open the car is more convenient than the old card method with Sunfleet; also great to be able to check fuel levels.
7. Clean, intuitive and practical app! I would love to see some improvements to the service as well.

11. I know that Internet connection could be one of the issue, however when being outdoor it took 5 min for the app du find the cars new location and enable me to lock the car.
