MeteoSwiss Customer Insights

1. (2) Implement one-finger zoom on the animations view, like e.g. in Google Maps: Double-tap-hold-slide-up to zoom out.Used to be quite reliable, but must have changed the source of the data, as its mostly off now, rain radar shows no rain and it's pouring cats and dogs...One of the best apps ever.

2. A rough cloud-base info would be great (mountain peaks in clouds or not) and a one-finger zoom on the maps is essential!Something changed for the worse I use this app mainly for the rain radar which used to work perfectly and with high precision until several months ago.

3. Two improvement ideas for the animations: (1) When opening the animations view from a location page (e.g. Zurich), zoom the map to that location instead of showing all of Switzerland.

4. The rest (long forecast and the two options in the past) do not work - the screen is small and the moment I try to enlarge it, it disappears.

5. Weather warning notifications don't stack (not grouped by app/location), it clutters the notification center when you have 10 alert notifications.I really like the app for it's accuracy, perfomance and features.

6. One feature I would enjoy having is to be able to just search for a city to look at its current weather without having to add it to the home screen.

7. As to the accuracy of the forecast, I have no comments thus far.Great app, especially the radar and blog.

8. I go to the source link but there my location is not visible anymore.Great app, more accurate than any other provider (for Switzerland).

9. One of the most obvious use cases - namely checking the weather for a specific location (other than where you currently are located) - is quite cumbersome.

10. Especially the forecast animations are a great tool to plan my day.

11. I am using it daily to get the weather forecast for the day.
