1. Their customer service is on point.bcgradinc01, your app is difficult to use and doesn't seem to work properly – what a letdown!I can't believe I even had a shred of hope for the app developed by bcgradinc01 – incredibly disappointing.bcgradinc01, you've somehow managed to create an app that is equal parts bad and confusing.I never could get the darn thing to allow me access to my own account.
2. Good app, would give it more stars if there was the option to hide your piggy banks so they don't show up right when you log in.. also if there was a dark mode in settings, and if you didn't have to call if you had issues and could text or chat in app with someone instead.
3. It is annoying.I absolutely LOVE Eipcard!!! I’ve been with them for over 3 years, had my account upgraded & I have NEVER had ONE issue with them! I get paid 2 days earlier than everyone else.
4. Would have liked a notification that it was down and when it is fixed instead if trying over and over and then having to call the bank to learn it's down.
5. For example, I am currently unable to setup my fingerprint scanner to login.
6. Wish they would keep photo copies of checks on the app for at least a year.
7. However, there is no real way to troubleshoot issues or contact them about bugs in the app.
8. I receive an email saying that it is enabled but the app still shows it is disabled.
9. Since I have no other way to voice this concern, I am using this review.
10. You get what you need from it and that's ok�Everything works well except the Zelle app is broken.
