The amount of ₹800 has been successfully debited from the account , still I have not got the access to the subscription on the app (it is asking to do the purchase again) I kindly request you to look into the matter and either grant the access or process the refund as soon as possible.   I did a free trial of the Alarmy application. The free trial was due to end on February 12, but I was billed today for an annual subscription. I have cancelled the trial. Could you please please proceed to the refund of the 59.99€ I was charged ?
