Reported Deleting Issues

  • Says I’m offline. Gives me a message that says haven’t connected to wifi recently. My wifi is connected on the wall control with 5 bars. It’s just the app on my iphone

  • Carrier app won't load

  • App makes me log in and re add info and when I close it and re open it make me re add info.

    — by App not working 2 years ago

  • Trying to access it I was able to log on, reconnect and use the app. However, once the app closes, the next time I try to access it I have to begin the entire login process, including scanning the QR on the t-stat itself. My next step was to uninstall the app and reinstall it. Same response.
After a few tries I contacted our local service provider who was also unable to make the app respond.
It is well connected to WiFi, signal is strong. No issues until 8/26. Now, I can't even get the app to finish installing. Again tried to uninstall/reinstall, no luck. It should simply reconnect to my stored information, right?
Went through all the troubleshooting steps on your website. Nothing resolved the issue.
On my PC I can log on to see all the information is correct so I'm pretty sure it's not the t-stat. T-stat is connected to WiFi and displays it correctly.
I'm wondering if I delete my account and start over if that would resolve it.
