3. In addition, homeowners will be able to learn more about the air quality around their home, including a snapshot of various pollutants levels and the Air Quality Index in the atmosphere near them.
4. We update the app regularly to introduce new features and enhancements and look forward to your feedback.
1. Proving again that new & improved isn't necessarily better for the user!!I do love my new Infinity heat pump, but at 5x the price of Ecobee thermostats, this app has a long way to go when it comes to usability, data analytics, functionality...and font sizing! Also, Alexa integration claims to work, but completely non-functional...I want the ability to create a routine (or tell Alexa) to run the fan for 30 minutes at a time.Does all of the things that you'd hope it can do! The app acts as a remote thermostat but is way smarter.
2. It's bad when I wish the old buggy app was still around. This really needs Google Home integration so you can change the home/away status with GPS location of cell phone (not just the motion sensor on the thermostat, which doesn't seem you if you're not in the room).
3. If I wished anything of this app and service, it would be integration with Google Home for simple things letting changing modes and setting temperature.
4. My favorite feature is: if you change the temperature when you're on a schedule then it'll auto resume the schedule at the next "comfort profile" change.
5. It still doesn't look the same as my wall unit, but all of the functionality is there and it syncs to my system usually within a minute.
6. There should be the ability to see the entire month as a plotOne of the most important features of this app is collecting and evaluating energy utilization including electricity and natural gas.
7. This is a really intuitive way to approach temporary changes. At the moment you have a blocker on account setup on the mobile app, which didn't leave a good first impression.
8. Then owners get "service needed" messages for the changed filter.Update: Recent updates have restored the usability of the app.
9. .... March Ever since daylight savings time the app is not synching with thermostat programming times.
10. No longer has all of the functionality of the wall unit, and it's buggy to the point of being unusable.
11. I love my unit, while I despise the forced Carrier thermostat and app.
