- On your phone, open "Settings" and tap your Apple ID profile.
- Click "Subscriptions" and select "Lively HSA & FSA".
- Click "Cancel Subscription" and confirm the cancellation.

- Goto the Appstore » your Profile » Subscriptions.
- select "Lively HSA & FSA" and click "Cancel Subscription".

- Launch the PlayStore app and click the hamburger menu icon.
- Select "Subscriptions" » tap "Lively HSA & FSA" » click "Cancel Subscription".
- Your subscription to Lively HSA & FSA will now be canceled.
