Hi, I called Capital One, who stated they reported balances decreases but they have no direct affiliation with Credit Wise. This was concerning as Credit Wise is on my statement? Anyway, I really want to know when you update and I noticed other credit sites already updated my credit balances to zero. Thank you in advance for a response.
