1. Delete ORB Participant Account through Email

There are 2 methods to get your data (and account) deleted by ORB Participant:

1. Under GDPR: EU/UK Residents have the right to ask (via email), an organization that holds data about them to delete it. This is known as the ‘right to erasure’. Organizations have one month to respond to the request.


2. Under CCPA: California residents have the right to request that a company delete the data/personal information it has on them. A failure to comply with this will result in a fine of upto $7,500.

Alternatively, you can follow these steps below to get ORB Participant to delete your account/data:

1. To delete your ORB Participant account, contact ORB Participant via email and provide the reasons for your request.

3. Notify ORB Participant of the penalty for non-compliance - A $7,500 fine under CCPA and 4% of annual turnover under GDPR.

2. How to Delete ORB Participant on Iphone

1. On iphone, Goto "Settings "
2. Click on "General" » "Iphone Storage".
3. Select the app, and click "Delete ORB Participant".

1. Go to your Android phone Settings.
2. Click on "Apps & Games".
3. Select "ORB Participant" and Click "Uninstall".

1. Your Award must be using the latest version of the Online Record Book system (sometimes known as "ORB Next Generation") and have a valid participant login to the system in order to be able to use this App.

2. If you are using any other system (such as eDofE) please speak to your Award Unit or National Office.

3. Please Note: This App will only work if your Award is using Online Record Book.

4. This application was developed by The Duke of Edinburgh's International Award Foundation as a simple and fast tool to assist Award participants in completing their Award, anytime anywhere.

5. The participant is able to manage their Award progress using the App.

6. They can set up activities, create logs for their progress and also send their Award sections to their Assessor and Award Leader for completion.
