ZERO BALANCE?
Where did my coins go? I opened the app today and I have a zero balance. There were coins in my account that I had not redeemed yet. But now the balance is zero. Why?
Received a robot response as per note in email I received. "Hi,
Unfortunately, delays can occur due to a high number of users.
We apologize for any inconvenience.
Please be assured that your coins are counted and you will be credited retroactively.

Which I did reply to the email with the following message.... "I am not just waiting on coins to be added to my account.
I now have a ZERO balance AS IN 0 nothing, nada zilch.
I did have coins in my account, where did they go?????"
Today is August 2, 2022. I have still received no Human Team Member response. I also submitted screenshots with these emails to show what my issues were.
