• My app will work up until the cameras are supposed to come up. Then the app shuts down and my phone goes to the home screen. This started when I switched phones and my apps were downloaded to my new phone. When I look at the app on my wife's phone it has 35 MB, but the app on my phone only shows 32 MB even though it shows to be the same version. I have already tried deleting it and reinstalling several times. I have even tried manual and by QR code. The same problem happens every time. Please let me know how to fix this issue. Thank you.
