MAGIC VIEWER Features and Description

The MAGIC VIEWER application allows you to monitor your cameras online. It is easily to use and designed to make your surveillance solution to be simplified. Users can access playback and directly save files to the phone to export to others. The application has different customized settings for every customer and allows users to remove and add features based on their needs. Function - Live Channels – 1 / 4 / 9 / 16 / 25 / 36 display mode - Scroll Live View – Press the channel view again and it will transition to scroll view. - Gallery Mode – Users can save and store files directly into the phone and be able to export to others. - Snapshot - PTZ Control - Device List Management – Add / Delete / Edit / Built in QR Code - Instant P2P Connection - Live View / Playback – Scroll View Compatible - Add / Remove Settings and Features

  • Hi my name is Ramla, I have been using magic viewer for over 2 years now for surveillance through a computer + TV device and through our phone. For over two weeks now hour surveillance on the TV and our phone is not working. I keep seeing the “Error P2P Device Not Connected!” message. I have tried everything but restarting and starting again and checking if all cords are plugged in and I need your help.   • I am using Magic Viewer to view my cameras and today I see a connecting screen. Then after sitting in the app for a few mminutes it shows Error: P2P Server Connect Timeout. When I close that error I see another error saying Device Disconnected and an option for Reconnect and then after I select that it goes back to connecting and same errors again.   • Hi, we were in the process of setting the DVR up and I accidentally pressed the lock icon. It was unlocked but when I tried to unlock it again I was sent to the login window. We tried to enter what we thought would work and nothing did. How do we login ? We’re still admin, but set up a password and dvr name, but that’s it. Please help us out if you can. Thanks.

  • I have a Samsung ao2s phone and I have magic viewer installed, >t was working just fine until a little over 2 weeks ago now all it does is starts to load my security cameras and then just goes back to the app icon where it started, was there some kind of upgrade that eliminated android phones from using magic viewer?? I have taken my phone to my carrier and it doesn't appear that it's in my phone or cameras as a co-worker has an iPhone and it still works fine. Please any help would be appreciated
