  • I installed the Insite Gold program, created an object and inserted the s/n of the control panel with other data. The s/n of the IP150+ module was displayed in the application (so it is online and correctly connected, it also indicates the online status directly with the ip150+ diodes). However, as soon as I go to enter the payment, a payment error appears, or the payment has not been made. I tried different bank cards, different emails, ios and android. I have no idea where the problem is, I've done the same installation before and it always failed. I always had the latest version of the application.. Thank you Havranek

  • I am getting a message that connection to Swann Server was lost. I have done a manual reboot on the panel and modem, issue is not reaolved. I am not getting notifications therefore.
