I tried to renew my subscription via the APP it said to insert a code/number that was sent to me, i never recieved such a number. I apporved the credit card payment with my bank, but I still dont have access to the APP, please assist.
Since few days not connecting to site both on an android phone and an iphone. All the while it is connecting correctly to an ipad.

My subscription expired, but I can’t renew it. I open the app and it behaves as if it’s frozen. I don’t want to have to delete the app, and then have to pay the alarm installation company to re-load the cameras and alarm.

I installed the Insite Gold program, created an object and inserted the s/n of the control panel with other data. The s/n of the IP150+ module was displayed in the application (so it is online and correctly connected, it also indicates the online status directly with the ip150+ diodes). However, as soon as I go to enter the payment, a payment error appears, or the payment has not been made. I tried different bank cards, different emails, ios and android. I have no idea where the problem is, I've done the same installation before and it always failed. I always had the latest version of the application.. Thank you Havranek
I am getting a message that connection to Swann Server was lost. I have done a manual reboot on the panel and modem, issue is not reaolved. I am not getting notifications therefore.
When I go to renew my subscription - I get an error message saying there is something wrong with the internet connection.
I received message that" my subscription is expired" According to my record is is stll valid for a least 6 months
I cannot pay my subscription. The app doesn’t sent me the password to complete the renewal authorization
