1. Delete SmartLink Account through Email

There are 2 methods to get your data (and account) deleted by SmartLink™:

1. Under GDPR: EU/UK Residents have the right to ask (via email), an organization that holds data about them to delete it. This is known as the ‘right to erasure’. Organizations have one month to respond to the request.


2. Under CCPA: California residents have the right to request that a company delete the data/personal information it has on them. A failure to comply with this will result in a fine of upto $7,500.

• After the latest IOS 16.0.2 update I could not get my Octane Fitness App to open. I deleted it, booted my iphone and reloaded it and now it works fine....except when I try to log into my account I receive the following error: A data validation error as occurred. I then tried to reset my password and this worked (received the validation code by mail and followed the instructions to reset it) but then when I tried to login again I received the same message. Could you advise?
