There are 2 methods to get your data (and account) deleted by Merlin Bird ID by Cornell Lab:

• I have loaded my bird pack and when I go into Explire therevis such a long delay tgat my 9S asks what I want to do with the app, close, wait, etc. When I oress wait, it finally loadsvthe bird pack. If I search for a bird it is incredibly slow, allowing only one or two letters to be typed before it has to wait some more. Eventually it will come up. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the program, I have loaded the pack, tgen gone out and tried again after it has been cached, etc., but nothing seems to fix it. I have loaded the exact same on my android cell and it works just fine.

• Merlin app shows “no results” for US Rocky Mountain bird pack. Previous bird IDs showed multiple photos of bird. Now only shows one grayed image of most birds in other bird packs.

• App says my grace period is over and to confirm app by email. I never recived any emails from you. Tried several times
