1. Delete CrossCam Account through Email

There are 2 methods to get your data (and account) deleted by CrossCam:

1. Under GDPR: EU/UK Residents have the right to ask (via email), an organization that holds data about them to delete it. This is known as the ‘right to erasure’. Organizations have one month to respond to the request.


2. Under CCPA: California residents have the right to request that a company delete the data/personal information it has on them. A failure to comply with this will result in a fine of upto $7,500.

Alternatively, you can follow these steps below to get CrossCam to delete your account/data:

1. To delete your CrossCam account, contact CrossCam via email and provide the reasons for your request.
2. Mention the law under which you make your request (GDPR or CCPA).
3. Notify CrossCam of the penalty for non-compliance - A $7,500 fine under CCPA and 4% of annual turnover under GDPR.

2. How to Delete CrossCam on Iphone

1. On iphone, Goto "Settings "
2. Click on "General" » "Iphone Storage".
3. Select the app, and click "Delete CrossCam".

3. Delete CrossCam on Android phone

1. Go to your Android phone Settings.
2. Click on "Apps & Games".
3. Select "CrossCam" and Click "Uninstall".

1. PERMISSIONS NOTE: When using paired operation, CrossCam may ask for location permission and for location services to be turned on on the primary device in order to connect to the secondary device.

2. CrossCam still collects no personal information about you, and requires no email address or username to use or anything else, so there is no way to connect your location data to your identity even if it were collected.

3. CrossCam does not actually USE your location in any way, but because the act of searching for (and finding) nearby devices could theoretically be used to roughly locate you, CrossCam requires permission to access your location.

4. You only need one device to make and see 3D with CrossCam, but if you have two devices you can connect them using CrossCam to capture from both of them simultaneously.

5. The pictures you make with it are 3D just like 3D movies or VR but without any glasses or headset needed! To see the 3D, all you have to do is cross your eyes carefully and CrossCam even has a built in tutorial to teach you how to do it.

6. While developing CrossCam I've been bringing it along on several scenic trips and I'm sure glad I've had it with me.

7. Thanks to CrossCam, the memories I have from those trips are now preserved in stunning 3D.

8. CrossCam is the easiest way to make 3D pictures.
