1. The use of a time traveling spaceship with the Bible study keeps interested high while teaching the lessons.Good game but the game does not move smoothly it hooks when playing the game, maybe the reason why it does that is because the version is higher than my phone but still that might not be the case.

2. I went through it twice hoping it was just a glitch the first time, but it did the same thing both times.This is a pretty fun game! It was thoughtfully developed with Bible stories told well but briefly enough for short attention spans.

3. It was great, the kids loved being along for the missions.Update 6/7/2021: the game still crashes at Chapter 4, Part 1.

4. The reason why I can't play the game is because when I reached a chapter the game went off and my phone switch off, of course my phone on but that's not all when I tried the game again, when I passed the place where I was in the game the game just hooked again.

2. Update the Greatest Journey App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Greatest Journey" » Open Greatest Journey » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Greatest Journey » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Greatest Journey app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Greatest Journey servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Greatest Journey" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Greatest Journey app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Greatest Journey might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Greatest Journey. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Greatest Journey then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Greatest Journey not working

2. Fix Greatest Journey Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Greatest Journey be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Greatest Journey not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Greatest Journey may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
