1. Great tool for the tool belt! Use it from the White Mountains of NH to the ranges in Alaska.Doesn't work, use to, but now it doesn't load a map at all, just blank screen.The app looks great, but it didn't have Canadian avalanche conditions or regions.Up to date, potentially life saving information.

1. Fix Avalanche Forecasts Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Avalanche Forecasts: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Avalanche Forecasts App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Avalanche Forecasts" » Open Avalanche Forecasts » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Avalanche Forecasts » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Avalanche Forecasts app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Avalanche Forecasts servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Avalanche Forecasts" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Avalanche Forecasts app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Avalanche Forecasts might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Avalanche Forecasts. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Avalanche Forecasts then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Avalanche Forecasts not working

2. Fix Avalanche Forecasts Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Avalanche Forecasts be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
