Why should I report an Issue with Manga Rock?

1. Even uninstalled & reinstalled the app but still no change.It's a great app for me I love reading all the manga and webtoons but I started having this problem where I would click on a manga and it would load,but once it finished loading it only showed an ad and a tab for the next episode.

2. However a report issue functionality would allow the developers to be informed immediatly of any issues to maintain subscribers and subsequently increase numberTo be honest I thought it was a fake for a minute but it works pretty well.

3. I'll be in the middle of reading a chapter then all the sudden the screen goes from manga to flashing white and black.

4. Other than that I enjoyed using this app.I absolutely love this app and I think it's awesome and like the best one out there! About every webtoon and manga licensed or not are on it.

5. Recently there was a problem with the app where you couldn't load some chapters or webtoons/manga.

6. A lot of the manga don't really have an overview, it mostly just says their discord and patreon stuff.Too much ads and the ad free version is over $30, that's absurd.

7. The description page & chapter page pop up but when I tap on the chapter I want to read it just comes up blank.

8. Some chapters load with all the pages compacted into one pile of pixels.

9. The original MangaRock app was $5 for the ad free version and it had a wider selection, english translated titles, and all chapters.

10. I'm very satisfied with this app.Please fix the loading for the manga.

1. Fix Manga Rock Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Manga Rock: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Manga Rock App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Manga Rock" » Open Manga Rock » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Manga Rock » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Manga Rock app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Manga Rock servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Manga Rock" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Manga Rock app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Manga Rock might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Manga Rock. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Manga Rock then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Manga Rock not working

2. Fix Manga Rock Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Manga Rock be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Manga Rock not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Manga Rock may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
