1. The crashes and inability to read comics turns me away to Webtoons or Tapas insteadUpdate: got personal response from ceo, so back to 5 stars :) ---- Sorry, changed from 5 stars to 1, due to ongoing technical issues with my subscription and lack or responses to emails.

8. :) It's not 100% full width in landscape (it looks like they use the navigation button as the offset), but it's close enough for me since it's completely readable on a 5" screen without manual adjustment now.

1. Fix Graphite Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Graphite: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Graphite App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Graphite" » Open Graphite - Read new comics, ma » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Graphite » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Graphite - Read new comics, ma app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Graphite servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Graphite - Read new comics, ma" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Graphite app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Graphite might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Graphite. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Graphite then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Graphite not working

2. Fix Graphite Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Graphite be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Graphite not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Graphite may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
