Why should I report an Issue with WeatherHub?

1. Some nice to have features: - a graphical reprezentation of the history for all types of temperature and humidity sensors - file exporter (e.g. XML, CSV, etc.)Unable to export data from app to pc.

2. Please, UPDATE YOUR APP! I really like your weather sensors ecosystem, but without good working app is unuseful :-( As same as GUI which is really outdated.

3. Very disappointed.every time I enter the app main daschboard is not loading sensors automatically and need to enter each of sensor individally to refrash and see thale values.

4. Could be an improvment a new feature based on the alarm configured in app to have choices to transmit an email or/and a push up on the phone."This app was built for an older version of Android and may not work properly.

1. Fix WeatherHub Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart WeatherHub: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the WeatherHub App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "WeatherHub" » Open WeatherHub » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for WeatherHub » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear WeatherHub app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from WeatherHub servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "WeatherHub" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check WeatherHub app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, WeatherHub might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall WeatherHub. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall WeatherHub then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing WeatherHub not working

2. Fix WeatherHub Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make WeatherHub be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to WeatherHub not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, WeatherHub may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
