Why should I report an Issue with Airly?

1. For example I'd like to compare stats from semptember 2021 with data from semptember 2020.New ui does not work on Andriod 11, good thing it's in beta ;) Clicking on favourites only zooms in on the location and makes all the base station readings disappear (no colored dots), there seems to be no way of displaying any details from the base station (temp, detailed stats etc.)I've always thought about the air quality, but never had a clear idea about it.

The app has potential but as I see from the comments here you don't care about your user's feedback.A very useful app Unfortunately the widget on my homescreen often says "cannot load data" It would be great if I could compare current air quality with the data from the past so as to know whether the situation in my neighbourhood is improving.

3. Maybe the 24h prediction model could be improved in the sense of a smoother transition from the current state.I'm a strong supporter, I really like and share the app, love the fact that it exists at all, it fulfills its main purpose like no other.

4. (For devs: it is ok to have raw number for a widget, but modern phones are stupid large, so please leave historical data for the app itself)App was great with old UI.

5. I can't seem to get the widgets to work very well, and I also often find the words chosen to describe a given state of air quality to be poorly chosen (at least in English).

6. You lost one star only because new layout.Dashboard page, the first thing that opens when you open the app is useless.

7. Even though the new one looks better it lacks the major function: retrospective data, so you can't distinguish pollution dynamics.

8. Why make me click multiple times for the information that could be presented on the first page? The old design was better, but you removed it.

9. Could you pls provide some feedback? UPDATE: received quick support from Airly and fixed the problem.

10. Also thresholds for alerts should be different between increasing above a certain level and decreasing under another level.

1. Fix Airly Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Airly: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Airly App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Airly" » Open Airly » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Airly » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Airly app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Airly servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Airly" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Airly app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Airly might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Airly. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Airly then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Airly not working

2. Fix Airly Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Airly be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Airly not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Airly may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
