2. Great style, interactivity, design and animation! Probably the best Toca game.My 2 boys, ages 5 & 7, have VERY different personalities..when one likes something, the other hates it, and vice versa..however, both of my boys(and I) absolutely LOVE this game! It will literally keep them fully engrossed for as long as I permit them to play.

3. Toca Boca never disappoints :)The game worked fine for a long time, but today when I opened it up, it continued to load with a white screen until I either got kicked from the app or I had to manually leave the game.

4. Love it!I just saw a bug in the game,the first moss you get from pumpkin has flipped it's body upside down except for eyes in the right bottom corner,only fixing itself when a sound effect for it plays.

1. Fix Toca Lab Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Toca Lab: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Toca Lab App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Toca Lab" » Open Toca Lab: Plants » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Toca Lab » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Toca Lab: Plants app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Toca Lab servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Toca Lab: Plants" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Toca Lab app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Toca Lab might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Toca Lab. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Toca Lab then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Toca Lab not working

2. Fix Toca Lab Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Toca Lab be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Toca Lab not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Toca Lab may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
