1. Great game!Awful, full of frustration, it's always in,need to restaure the purchase, go tell a three years old there is no internet to restore the purchase!! Why the need to always unlock and restore the purchases, we have done that 20times or the child can't play with the app, so when outside without Internet it's impossible to play with the full app, awful and so frustratingI love this app! My 4 year old makes it his personal mission to find the bugs in your programming, for enjoyment.

2. Purchased under my account - no way to propagate/restore paid for content to the child account.. Haven't found any other child app with this problem.Listen, this is a good game with good content.

4. Nothing.Tried to purchase content under accounts of my children (google family link), didn't work - says purchase hase to be done under parents account.

5. The only way to add the subscription to a managed child's device is to completely remove your child's account from the device, add your own account to the device, activate the subscription, remove your own account, then setup your child's managed account again.

6. Thank you for the game, and your time!$20-$30 for additional game modes without being able to see or play any sample of them is far too expensive.

7. As a play pass user, the game sometimes forgets that I already have access to the locked worlds.

8. My only wish is that there was an option in settings to prevent the child from switching screens so easily (such as maybe pressing and holding the arrows).

9. My son often accidentally hits them and it's frustrating for him that it resets his progress on whatever tasks he was doing.This is a good game.

10. The first and free option is good and my kid enjoys it, but that's no real indicator of how he's going to enjoy the other levels.

11. Add the option to sign into your subscribed account directly in the app to bypass all this nonsense and we're gold.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix LEGO Issues

1. Fix LEGO Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart LEGO: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the LEGO App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "LEGO" » Open LEGO® DUPLO® WORLD » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for LEGO » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear LEGO® DUPLO® WORLD app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from LEGO servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "LEGO® DUPLO® WORLD" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check LEGO app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, LEGO might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall LEGO. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall LEGO then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing LEGO not working


2. Fix LEGO Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make LEGO be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to LEGO not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, LEGO may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

Hi, not a complaint but I have purchased Lego world at£29.99 for the year and have unlocked all games for my kids. I want to sync the same games to another device. Can you tell me how please..purchased on an iPad Pro, need to be transferred to an iPad Air Thank you Gary chance
