1. It's pretty cry worthy considering how much I love the hungry caterpillar for me and my daughter.I do not like this app because I constantly get asked to get the full version by my kids because when I already got the full version my phone shuts down the app is so screwed up I don't want my kids to play ever again and my kids are ashamed to eat sweet treats now because of the app.you got to be kidding me!it's a kid game and you want them to spend money on it!!! I'm sorry but this has four stars but I do like it.

I've paid at least $30 for this developer 's games alone and I'm stuck with my children using my account on my phone or tablet to play.I'm unsure about this app it doesn't want to load, why haven't they fixed these bugs! Ha, ha bugs... Anyway there's loads of complaints but I gave it a go and it doesn't work for me either sadly.

3. My child would get frustrated because he cannot drag the objects across the screen.Unfortunately the puzzles are unplayable as the pieces go off screen and we are forever left with a 28 out of 30 pieces.

4. Love the game concept but, game controls are unresponsive most of the time.

1. Fix Caterpillar Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Caterpillar: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Caterpillar App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Caterpillar" » Open Caterpillar - Play & Explore » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Caterpillar » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Caterpillar - Play & Explore app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Caterpillar servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Caterpillar - Play & Explore" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Caterpillar app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Caterpillar might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Caterpillar. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Caterpillar then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Caterpillar not working

2. Fix Caterpillar Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Caterpillar be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Caterpillar not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Caterpillar may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
