1. A question for the developers: Does it get more challenging? Because I keep getting answers which are different parts of speech so it's really easy to choose a correct answer.Cute app and would be helpful for learning words through context and synonyms, but it's definitely for kids.

2. Only issue is that there is no dedicated login so that progress can be maintained on different devices, even after purchasing the unlocked version...(which is only 8 bucks a YEAR!!) Awesome!! Fix that...5+stars for sure!!!Gross, creepy, clumsy interface, and dumbed it down way too much.

3. The words "kitten" and "excited" are not progress for older kids, not even progress for six year olds.

4. It doesn't even sync my progress to the email.This game would be perfect if it didnt have a subscription or a paywall for new words.

5. The concept is nice and would make a great game, but it's definitely not useful to me because I'm in high school and know what all of the words mean already.

6. Plus, why options are given in swipes, it's annoying i.e. all options should be presented just below the question word and one has to wait further for snake growth animation everytime.

11. BUT....Like another said, I don't enjoy watching Puku morph because the sound effects and facial expressions sound/look like it's trying to poop.

1. Fix Puku Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Puku: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Puku App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Puku" » Open Puku: Learn New Words » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Puku » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Puku: Learn New Words app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Puku servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Puku: Learn New Words" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Puku app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Puku might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Puku. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Puku then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Puku not working

2. Fix Puku Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Puku be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Puku not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Puku may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
