    I'm emailing you regarding a problem with my V380 camera device.

    It doesn't read my SD Card, therefore I bought cloud storage, but when I try to activate it answers me with exception:

    Tips: It has been activated by another user!

    But it has not been!

    When I try to add it with my regular WI-Fi network(not trough the device one) it gives me this error:

    Tips: Activating Failed

  • Hello admin,please this message is coming from Nigeria,i got 2 v380 pro cameras and i connected them both to a network modem via the wifi mode,because i want to be able to monitor activities with them wherever i am anytime,but here in Nigeria,we don't have stable electricity,so now when there is power failure nd it is given again.l,the cameras will show offline on my phone(on the app) while the network modem is on,i expect the two cameras to connect to the network automatically since my first setting has placed them on wife mode,do i av to always go through the whole process again anytime there is power imbalance? I look for your reply please,with possible solution,thanks

  • I paid for a membership from January 2022 til present time.i clicked the video link to download all the videos captured since January but when I went to open them to view them I wasn't able to. I keep getting a message that says file is unable to be opened.I REALLY NEED those video files. Can u PLEASE email me a copy of those files from January through now or can u please make them available again on my subscription through the v380 pro app again .I guess they were removed from my video log list and now I can't access them.     I have 5 camera's in my house wich I control with the app, but also with my pc.
    The software on the pc is not really working correctly as it will shut down after a short period of time by itself.
    I want to do the recordings on an external drive, but if it shuts down all the time the recordings stop too.

    I have allready checked for updates and renistalled the software.

  • I’m trying to reach customer service!! I thought my issue was taken care of MARCH 2021?! To my surprise ITS NOT!! Nowwww this company has taken OVER $150 from my account!! They charged me NOT ONCE, NOT TWICE BUT THREE TO FIVE TIMES A MONTH!!! For an account I can’t even use because I needed help connecting my camera!! It’s been a nightmare!!
    My lawyer gave me this website but I’m STILL WAITING FOR A RESPONSE FROM ANYONE!! It’s soon going to be a YEAR!! So unless you’re confident and tech savvy DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY!!! ESPECIALLY IF YOU REACH OUT TO CUSTOMER SUPPORT FOR ANYTHING!! You can bet they’ll have ABSOLUTELY no issues COLLECTING YOUR MONEY AND SOME but can’t seem to help customers with anything else!! SMH!!     V380 pro has upgraded on 10/01/2022 to version 1.4.21 on my medion lifetab with android 5.1.1.
    Now the app does not open and I can not open other apps (v380s, omega, etc). No problems on my other tablets.
    Have now downloaded APK Version 1.14.10 and it works perfect. Please correct asap update problem.
    Can you als explain the diffrence between the pro and lite version??
    In addition how can i buy cloud services without using paypal???
