  • This camera will not connect .. keeps saying off line when In fact it is connected to my home wifi. Question.... Is it 2g or 5 g that it should be connected to? And even though it is online it says off line and I cannot see anything but a black screen. The stupid AP hotspot.... Once it connects to that the process goes no further...   • Good day,

    I have a V380 camera with serial number MV13238199. I linked the camera to wi-fi and started to update firmware. Unfortunately the firmware update did not complete due top power failure. Now I can't reset or link the camera to the wi-fi as the firmware is not complete. The camera is not responding and not picked up on my wi-fi router.
    How can I manually update the firmware on the camera?

  • I subscribed to cloud service and then cancelled it within 2 days because of payment issue from paypal as my bank is not for International payments and hence the payments were failed.I have no active plan and neither I am getting any cloud service but every month I get e-mail that my subscription is active. I wish to cancel my subscription through Paypal but the cancel option on automatic renewal payments on paypal is not working.

  • I purchased 4 v380 pro light bulb cameras for my campsite. One bulb does not work at all. The other 3 I need trouble shooting. No. 1 I do not want audio on the cameras. My neighbors now know I have cameras and where they are. Everytime it reboots and connects to WIFI it talks it way through the audio and everyone can hear it
    I also purchased a yearly cloud service and I need support with that. I was only able to get one cam era online please call me in person 401.965.4935
    Also if we cannot get the camera online that I think has a problem I would like a rebate please

    We are very interested in pruchasing numerous CCTV wifi cams from your company but we need to find out if the app on the desktop can take more than 4 camerasa .   • I just received my V380 pro camera that looks like a lightbulb. The product manual states that when I unbox my first step should be to use the included AC adapter and Micro-USB cable to plug in V380 camera. I got the camera, a SD card and some screws and something that looks like a long pin. I did not receive a cable. How am I suppose to hook this thing up?   • Please help me. Ever since I downloaded this app, I am getting blue-lined boxes highlighting the time, apps, lines of text—everything, starting at the left upper left hand corner, then progresses to the right and then down all the way to the bottom of the screen. Then a blue vertical line starts at the left of the screen and “scans“ across the screen to the right; whatever I’m looking at, then the boxes start over and over going from the top down to the bottom again and again then the scan then the boxes then the scan then the boxes, etc. etc. etc. I have deleted the app and deleted it in iCloud, but if I go to the Apple get app screen, it still shows that it’s in the cloud with the down arrow. Please give me instructions as to how to delete this. I would also like you to delete any information that you have on me.
