1. Just keep your internet open and let them monitor you and everything will work fine.The app is better than the non pro version, that's for sure, a lot of options from previous version just changed place in the UI, all options and more (finally can turn off that stupid voice) are there and connection went flawless.
2. I have a dozen of these and they constantly keep switching between IR on / off all day despite a high amount of sunlight, regardless of the light sensitivity selection.Update 022223- the app works OK now, BUT the detection notifications incessantly pings my phone and does NOT show why it activated.
3. When it does open, it shows the network IS connected but still won't work so I have no way to use the camera!Camera wouldn't connect to my wifi despite numerous attempts.
4. My advice is not to use it; there are better options available.Doesn't work with Google Assistant, not even through ittf(unless I'm just not finding it) and I can't change the camera angle so that it's not all lopsided.
5. The notifications are iffy, do not always work, and when it does, it take many minutes to send to the phone.
6. Custom alarms, microphone (although it is muted by app by default), speaker(but microphone in app doesn't always work properly), and able to view from anywhere.
7. My only problem with the app is the permissions, phone access is NOT necessary for push notifications, I have lots of apps with push notifications and alarms and none of them require phone access.
8. The device should not have to rely on the internet to set the time that's a defect that needs to be improved.
9. I will say that I was able to get live video from the other versions of this app, V380 and V380S, without any issues so I'm hoping it's something very simple to resolve.
10. Despite the fact it says "internet online" on the screen, it says connection failure & tells me to check the network/refresh.
11. However, 99% of the time it won't even let me open the settings to check bc it gives me the same failure msg.
Здравствуйте, с моей стороны были предприняты попытки подключения двух ip камер, попытка подключения первой ip камеры была предпринята 2 недели назад, и она не увенчались успехом.
я совершил следующие действия:
1) Вставил в камеру интернет кабель, и подключил питание, после из камеры прозвучало оповещение об успешном подключении к сети интернет
2) Я зарегистрировался в приложении V380Pro и добавил туда камеру отсканировав Qr код, она добавилась, но при попытке подключения к ней выводилось сообщение об ошибке подключения, позже я связался с сотрудником поддержки маркетплейса в котором я покупал камеру, по его указанию я произвёл сброс настроек к заводским, удалил камеру из приложения и добавил её снова, введя все данные вручную, камера в приложение добавилась, но при попытке подключения к ней, снова отобразилось сообщение об ошибке подключения. После этого я отправил камеру обратно по гарантии.
На данный момент я купил вторую камеру, предпринял все те же самые действия что я описывал ранее, но при попытке зайти в камеру снова отображается сообщение об ошибке подключения.
Я уже обращался к своему интернет провайдеру с данной проблемой, на что мне ответили что камере доступ к сети интернет предоставляется, и проблему необходимо направить в службу поддержки производителя камеры.

I have two V380 Pro cameras and I'm using the V380 Pro app to view etc. these two cameras..I'm confused because on one camera the time is in normal format and on the other camera the time is in 100 hour format.
