Cancel V380 Pro Subscription on iPhone & iPad


Steps to cancel V380 Pro subscription on your iOS device:

  1. On your phone, click "Settings".
  2. Next, open your Apple ID profile by tapping the icon with your name on it.
  3. From the profile page, click the "Subscriptions" menu.
  4. Look through the list and click on "V380 Pro".
  5. Click the "Cancel Subscription" button at the end of the page.
  6. Confirm that you want to cancel your subscription. Once you click this "cancel" button, the process of canceling V380 Pro subscription is complete!

Another way to cancel V380 Pro subscription is from the Apple App Store. Here is how:

  1. Click the Appstore application and tap your profile.
  2. From your accounts page, click Subscriptions.
  3. Select the active subscription you want to end.
  4. Click "Cancel Subscription".


Cancel V380 Pro Subscription on Android


To cancel your active Android subscriptions, here are some steps to follow:

  1. Launch the PlayStore app from your phone's home screen.
  2. On the left-hand side of the screen, click the hamburger menu icon beside the search bar.
  3. From the list, select "Subscriptions".
  4. Tap on "V380 Pro" and click "Cancel Subscription".
  5. You will be asked why you want to cancel your subscription. Choose any option. You can decline to answer
  6. Your subscription to V380 Pro will now be canceled.


Cancel V380 Pro Subscription on PayPal

If you signed up to V380 Pro via Paypal, Paypal helps you cancel directly from your Paypal account. Here is how:

  1. Sign in to your PayPal Account.
  2. Click "Settings "" from the top of your account page.
  3. Select "Payments".
  4. Click "Manage Automatic Payments".
  5. Under Automatic Payments tab, you will see V380 Pro. Click it
  6. Click "Cancel" button
  7. You are now unsubscribed from V380 Pro


Cancel V380 Pro via Email

  • Dear Friends,
    V380 pro has upgraded on 10/01/2022 to version 1.4.21 on my medion lifetab with android 5.1.1.
    Now the app does not open and I can not open other apps (v380s, omega, etc). No problems on my other tablets.
    Have now downloaded APK Version 1.14.10 and it works perfect. Please correct asap update problem.
    Can you als explain the diffrence between the pro and lite version??
    In addition how can i buy cloud services without using paypal???

  • I purchased 2 V380 lightbulb camera and I’m having problems set them up. I had one of the cameras setup and working but when I setup the second camera the first one is no longer working.

    I think I know the problem but do not know how to fix it. I keep getting different WiFi connection numbers and sometimes they work but never for both cameras. I actually have been given 3 different ID numbers when I scan the code. I think the one I only need is: 54007612.

    I’ve accidentally added a 3rd camera that I don’t have and each camera is showing different ID numbers and they are: 55007612, 55479590, 55424462.

    The camera that’s working is showing ID: 55424462. Both cameras that came in the box had ID No.: 55007612 but I cannot get my WiFi to show this number when I try to set it up.

    How do I either discard the cameras that are showing different IDs and set up both cameras under the ID number that was labeled outside the box the cameras came in. As a reminder, the only camera that’s working is showing a different ID number than the one outside the box.

  • I purchased 4 v380 pro light bulb cameras for my campsite. One bulb does not work at all. The other 3 I need trouble shooting. No. 1 I do not want audio on the cameras.
