  • I just received my V380 pro camera that looks like a lightbulb. The product manual states that when I unbox my first step should be to use the included AC adapter and Micro-USB cable to plug in V380 camera. I got the camera, a SD card and some screws and something that looks like a long pin. I did not receive a cable. How am I suppose to hook this thing up? Ever since I downloaded this app, I am getting blue-lined boxes highlighting the time, apps, lines of text—everything, starting at the left upper left hand corner, then progresses to the right and then down all the way to the bottom of the screen. Then a blue vertical line starts at the left of the screen and “scans“ across the screen to the right; whatever I’m looking at, then the boxes start over and over going from the top down to the bottom again and again then the scan then the boxes then the scan then the boxes, etc. etc. etc. I have deleted the app and deleted it in iCloud, but if I go to the Apple get app screen, it still shows that it’s in the cloud with the down arrow. Please give me instructions as to how to delete this. I would also like you to delete any information that you have on me.

  • I have several issues to resolve regarding the v380 pro camerS and software. Furst off out of several cameras .. on the model app where you have the cameras settings I see that only one camera has a PTZ opion.. none of the other camers setting list that function. Secondlt..
