KOSTAL Solar App Customer Insights

1. ThanksLive data isn't connecting, everything else is working for a Plenticore Plus inverter Also the translation for Period and Measure in the History section isn't correct for English (it's in German)Solved: username must be "user" and not "pvserver".

2. So, one app with all the data available would be great.I have tried everything but cannot download live data or get connected to the inverter without wifi.

3. No live data, no matter if username is "user" or "pvserver".

4. Old review: With my Plenticore Plus 10 inverter the live view in the app shows zero for all values.

5. Go to the app and add your inverter's ip address (3), change the username to user (4) and add the password (5).

6. To make it work, first navigate with your browser to the ip of your inverter (1).

7. Now you should get live data immediately.

8. Otherwise this app would be perfect if you would mix it up with the other Kostal solar app to provide an interface for local and for web use.

9. History does not work however.

10. It worked fairly well with my old PIKO BA 10.App could be improved.

11. Please advise on the issue.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix KOSTAL Solar App Issues

1. Fix KOSTAL Solar App Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

  1. Restart KOSTAL Solar App: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the KOSTAL Solar App App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "KOSTAL Solar App" » Open KOSTAL Solar App » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for KOSTAL Solar App » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear KOSTAL Solar App app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from KOSTAL Solar App servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "KOSTAL Solar App" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check KOSTAL Solar App app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, KOSTAL Solar App might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall KOSTAL Solar App. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall KOSTAL Solar App then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing KOSTAL Solar App not working

2. Fix KOSTAL Solar App Server issues & Internet Connection
