Jade Customer Insights
1. Difficult to operate, does not address virtual autism that start with use mobile screen.1 star because of the fact you used a puzzle piece as the logo which is a hate symbol towards autistics.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Jade Issues
1. Fix Jade Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:
- Restart Jade: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
- Update the Jade App. Here is how:
- On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Jade" » Open Jade » click "Update".
- On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Jade » click "UPDATE".
- Clear Jade app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Jade servers.
- On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Jade" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
- Check Jade app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Jade might not work.
- Uninstall and reinstall Jade. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Jade then reinstall.
- Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Jade not working
2. Fix Jade Server issues & Internet Connection
- Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Jade be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
- Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Jade not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
- Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Jade may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
