3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. However, the app itself doesn't lend itself well to getting to see these new comics; new releases regularly take weeks to show up on the app and I haven't gotten any updated new releases to show up ever since March, despite new issues being available on print and on the website since then.

But the app clearly doesn't update frequently enough; I'm still waiting for a comic that released yesterdayReally need IDW to update the login system, not just on the app but for the official website as well, so that when passwords are reset they ACTUALLY WORK without any problems! And maybe release the new version of the app with many improved functions.it let me download 1 comic then all others it says download failed please try again.

3. For some reason, after changing phones, I lost over half of my collection from my account (almost $400 in purchases.) After reaching out to them, they were able to restore my lost purchases in under 2 days (I was surprised it didn't take longer; my collection is extensive.)The reader is very simple to use and makes all the panels and text come out looking great.

4. This'll be an easy update to 5 stars once this is resolved, but until then it's waiting until new issues show upI purchaser three comics on this app a few years ago and they're no longer showing up in my account.

5. Difficult to use search function that doesn't show every book available, really needs a better searchable catalog.

6. I just want my comics! They're still hosted on your app, and I could buy them again if I wanted, but why would I? I'm not rewarding your terrible business practices.Wonderful Customer Service.

7. LOOOVE IDW Comics!!! ima TOTAL N.E.R.D. for GB, TMNT, TF, Sonic, SW etc however... its SO painful as far as pricing!! there should be a $5/month subscription service or something.

8. Sometimes doesn't sync purchases over multiple devices, some books and bundles don't show up as purchased.

9. Annoying red arrow on side of the screen that can't be turned off.Don't let the rating give you the wrong idea: the content available on this app is amazing.

10. i personally am a fan of the transformers novels but there is a great range of different graphic novels Available.

1. Fix IDW Comics Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart IDW Comics: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the IDW Comics App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "IDW Comics" » Open IDW Comics » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for IDW Comics » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear IDW Comics app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from IDW Comics servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "IDW Comics" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check IDW Comics app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, IDW Comics might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall IDW Comics. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall IDW Comics then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing IDW Comics not working

2. Fix IDW Comics Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make IDW Comics be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to IDW Comics not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, IDW Comics may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
