1. Follow all other steps but I find it links only when I don't press pair first.Cannot get app to allow me to even register let alone pair the base unit of the weather station.

2. Purchase of Weather station and this app is a disaster!my device is showing that there is a wifi connection but the app wont progress past the wifi set up! I'm extremely frustrated with the app!The system seems fine but the application doesn't open 90% of the time.

3. It also will not run on the new Samsung S10 + phone!What a waste of money the whole weather station is redundant with out a working app and this don't work.

4. Cannot login using phone app therefore cannot get any data other than real-time off the wmr500 display.

5. Split your router signal to 5ghz and 2.4ghz. Make sure your phone (and therefore this app) connects to the 2.4ghz. 3.

6. Repeated attempts to register, change permissions for app and installing/uninstslling app can't get to work.

7. No support from this company great at taking up your money.

8. DON'T press the pair button on the unit itself.

9. If I could give less than one star I would stay away from this company in and spend your cash elsewhere.Has hardly worked at all in 2022.

1. Fix Smart Living WMR500 Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Smart Living WMR500: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Smart Living WMR500 App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Smart Living WMR500" » Open Smart Living WMR500 » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Smart Living WMR500 » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Smart Living WMR500 app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Smart Living WMR500 servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Smart Living WMR500" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Smart Living WMR500 app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Smart Living WMR500 might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Smart Living WMR500. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Smart Living WMR500 then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Smart Living WMR500 not working
