1. Now I have to give up my phone every time she wants to play it!! I'm not going to buy multiple copies for each device!!my daughter loves this game but similar to another reviewer, some of the levels are now unplayable because the pieces are no longer showing up on the screen to complete the puzzles.

1. Fix Highlights Shapes Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Highlights Shapes: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Highlights Shapes App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Highlights Shapes" » Open Highlights Shapes – Shape Sort » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Highlights Shapes » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Highlights Shapes – Shape Sort app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Highlights Shapes servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Highlights Shapes – Shape Sort" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Highlights Shapes app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Highlights Shapes might not work.
