1. I understand that you have to make money from it, but perhaps a better option would be a more advanced puzzle bundle for a small upgrade fee.My 1 1/2 year old loved this game and that it was easier for her to drag the items to the correct place.

2. I have on other puzzle games but I won't pay just to remove ads.I brought the paid version for my two year because he was screaming every time ads popped up...This game could be so much better.

It's pretty basic why don't you add sounds of the animals, vehicles etc....also once you have fitted the correct shape it could then tell what shape it was, for example if you fit a car the word car could then be repeated so you are actually learning what each shape is.My daughter loves this app.

5. It should be forbidden.My baby brother LOVES❤️ this app! For kids that like these types of puzzles this is perfect👌 for them and it changes the position of the puzzles so its never really like the same thing👍.

7. Even though within the game there are ads, I would highly recommend this game for 1 - 2 years old.Would have been a great app if the ads didn't pop up so frequently and on the whole screen that a child can click on it.

1. Fix Ba Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Ba: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Ba App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Ba" » Open Baby puzzles » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Ba » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Baby puzzles app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Ba servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Baby puzzles" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Ba app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Ba might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Ba. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Ba then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Ba not working

2. Fix Ba Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Ba be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Ba not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Ba may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
