What users are saying

1. Also, it does not show charging rate or status of charge like chargepoint does, just a timer, LAME! as far as using the map, I think the plug share app works better.

2. I also don't like how the fast charger times out at 30 minutes even if your battery is not fully charged.Good App, Pros: when you first start the app it will tell you the closest evgo station and you can see the if it is in use or not.

3. Once you start a session there is no way to stop it on you phone or the charger you will get charged for the whole session even if you started it by accident and didn't actually charge your car.

4. I signed in and tried to charge at a station and the app asked me to log in again and then just took me back to the account charger selection screen.

5. Well, most of the stations I've come across have some kind of problem with them.. mostly just being damaged somehow/out of order, or I've had to park in very specific ways (ie backing in, changing parking spaces) to get the cable to reach to my car because the cord won't extend anymore (ie some pleb broke it).

6. Although this isn't really EVGo's fault per se, they could definitely try to repair their stations more? But certainly when it works, it works! and pricing seems ~$0.10 higher on averageThe app didn't work.

7. It might show a charger as unavailable, but it works just fine with a tap of the physical card.

8. There is NO way to do anything with the app, unless you enable location services first, Worthless! Pricing is still, without question, the most expensive charging solution out there, at 59c kwh for my car.

9. cons: if it is running and you switch from WiFi to mobile or the other way around, you get a error could not reach network message anytime you look at app even through it still tracking status clearly on the app, this goes on till you restart the app.

10. Adding favorites is plus the station you use the most i use this when i know i am going to have to change to see what station(s) are open on my route to and from work, without have to scan the map for them.

11. Didn't seem to save the info I had entered, yet later I saw that my account had this same card saved multiple times.
