Why should I report an Issue with Shimeji - DIY my lovely friend?

3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. When I actually got to the dog to adopt it, you know what happened every time I clicked adopt? well, if you guessed 300 in one second, well, then, yes, your correct it was baffling how many ads there were, and it was kind of annoying about the start, really, when every time I clicked one small thing, there's ad after ad, after ad, and also, I never got to adopt because of the ads they ruined it.I thought this app would be a pushover, but it's suprisingly really cool! Love being able to make your own buddy and having them wander around outside of the app.

2. I'd like to see these new features being added in: Being able to change the pet's size, disable the 'pet care' feature and disable the pet's speech.Every ad possible is just a click away and I mean that literally.

3. There's nothing to 'set' in the settings (Which defeats the whole purpose of having a settings button) The only reason this isn't 1 star is because I like this concept and I could see the app improving over time.

4. Characters have speech bubbles that I have no idea how to turn off because getting to the settings turned into.

5. Super cute! I love having the little characters out of the app and on my screen, but the amount of ads are INSANE.

6. It's really annoying! And they are like 30 secs long just to click a single button??? Plus sometimes the pets get in my way of typing.

7. Not a good alternative for what I used before.As of opening the app, I selected 2 things just to get an ad every time after I click 2 things.

8. This continues till the tutorial is over and once I press start to adopt and how to access it every single step has an add.

9. I tried everything I could think of! Even turning off my phone wouldn't work, the power button was USELESS.

10. I will rate higher once this is solved⚠️DO NOT INSTALL THIS APP⚠️ I thought it was fun, but it froze my phone! I had to wash the pet, so I opened the app.

11. That and my buddy tends to walk backwards a lot which I wish there was a way to make him turn around to walk normally.Insane amount of apps.

1. Fix Shimeji Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Shimeji: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Shimeji App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Shimeji" » Open Shimeji - DIY my lovely friend » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Shimeji » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Shimeji - DIY my lovely friend app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Shimeji servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Shimeji - DIY my lovely friend" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Shimeji app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Shimeji might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Shimeji. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Shimeji then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Shimeji not working

2. Fix Shimeji Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Shimeji be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Shimeji not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Shimeji may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
