Why should I report an Issue with Copin Comics?

1. Maybe the artists will move them cause I'm sure these issues are costing them $$$.Has some good comics but most are available on better working/cheaper (some have free options to get coins) apps... app doesn't work great either, only tried to read a couple episodes of the Trash of the Count's family and the first episode had blurry images, while the second didn't load about half the episode then crashed... Needs to be worked on more.

2. I'd reccomend following either Webtoon or Tapas or Pocket Comic's model and add other free offers for coins.Super buggy.

4. Don't leave your screen unattended because if it times out the app sends you back to the home screen and you have to start over.So, I really enjoy the stories, especially forget me not and the tyrants perfumer, but I'm unsure of whether I'll ever get to finish the stories I love.

5. I wish they would allow unlock by watching a certain amount of videos or somethingPurchased $12.99 of coins.

7. Buying the weekly episodes is extremely expensive compared to other apps.

1. Fix Copin Comics Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Copin Comics: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Copin Comics App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Copin Comics" » Open Copin Comics » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Copin Comics » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Copin Comics app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Copin Comics servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Copin Comics" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Copin Comics app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Copin Comics might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Copin Comics. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Copin Comics then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Copin Comics not working

2. Fix Copin Comics Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Copin Comics be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Copin Comics not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Copin Comics may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
