1. I think the unambiguous uppercase y should be a symmetrical shape (an asymmetrical shape could be uppercase but usually that's lowercase IMHO).Absolute rip-off! Brought what I thought was the whole game for £2.19 only to realise that was just for the ads to be removed and to get the whole app it was an extra £3.99?!!! Over £6 for a kids game is just awful.1 letter is unlocked for about 2 minutes of fun for your toddler.

2. I mean, I don't see a Dinosaur, Porcupine, Shark, Raccoon, Butterfly, or Truck? Are these additional add ons? Or is there an additional alphabet screen I am not seeing? Other than this - it is a good app.Y'all need a restore purchase button.

3. One bug/error that my son noticed: writing a y seems to show a lowercase letter when all other letters are uppercase.

1. Fix ABC kids Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart ABC kids: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the ABC kids App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "ABC kids" » Open ABC kids - Alphabet learning! » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for ABC kids » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear ABC kids - Alphabet learning! app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from ABC kids servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "ABC kids - Alphabet learning!" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check ABC kids app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, ABC kids might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall ABC kids. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall ABC kids then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing ABC kids not working

2. Fix ABC kids Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make ABC kids be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to ABC kids not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, ABC kids may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
