3. This game is excellent it really helped me learn about language and music, my favorite song was "alabalabalalalalababa." It really brought me back to a time in my childhood where I got into a car crash and it was just so emotionally moving.

4. Kind of a sucky surprise after purchasing.The developer seems to be unaware that babies ("baby phone" is in the app's name...) may hold phones with multiple fingers on the screen - then nothing works, and the kid faces an unresponsive app.

1. Fix Ba Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Ba: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.

   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Ba » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Baby phone: games for kids 1-5 app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Ba servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Baby phone: games for kids 1-5" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
