1. Thank you!BEWARE! app freezes in certain spot...developer won't respond! I have contacted developer twice about problem, they have never replied! I want a refund!!!Doesn't allow you to add it to the family library so can only be used on my own phone and not the kids tablet setup with family linkThis game just crashes all the time while in the drawing badge section.I love the dital you guys put inninhope you guys fixed it and it's not buggy anymore.

1. Fix Hey Duggee Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Hey Duggee: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Hey Duggee App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Hey Duggee" » Open Hey Duggee: The Big Badge App » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Hey Duggee » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Hey Duggee: The Big Badge App app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Hey Duggee servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Hey Duggee: The Big Badge App" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Hey Duggee app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Hey Duggee might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Hey Duggee. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Hey Duggee then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Hey Duggee not working

2. Fix Hey Duggee Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Hey Duggee be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Hey Duggee not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Hey Duggee may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
