1. I love this app! Perfect for creating comics! I'm just have 2 problems that I hope you can fix! The first problem usually occurs on the special and branch cards, my device freezes after a press an option, forcing me to restart it, the other problem is on the branch cards only (at least that's the only type of card I'm getting the problem on) it's where whenever I press an option it says 'contents error' I asked some creators on how to fix it, they said to reload, it didn't work please fix this!good app, bad network.

2. It's fun and there are all sorts of fun comics you can read! The only problem is that the game is dying and people aren't going on it as much, although I liked the featured Page better than the hot Page where everyone knew what type of comics they wanted.This app is great! But there recently has been an issue.

3. If it does ever come back in the future, I'd be happy to return with it as well.I love this app but im trying to make a comic and when i hit the thumbnail button all the pictures are my old ones that i deleted and when i add a new picture it doesnt show up.

5. It wont let me connect! It just keeps on saying 'Something wrong with the network.' My WiFi is ok and all, it wont let me connect.... Please reply and try to fix this problem.

6. half the time I open it it loads for two minutes then just says I have a network problem and closes the app.

7. Like I'm trying to edit a comic but nothing loads! It'll just take a minute or two and then I get a connection error when my internet is just fine.

1. Fix Branch Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Branch: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Branch App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Branch" » Open Branch » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Branch » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Branch app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Branch servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Branch" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Branch app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Branch might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Branch. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Branch then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Branch not working

2. Fix Branch Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Branch be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Branch not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Branch may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
