1. Finding a different app!The old app worked pretty well, but since the update 90 % fail, only thing that kind of works now is you can read current location, will no longer check totals in your fields...PLEASE go back to original app!The old version worked great.

2. Its been raining steadily for nearly 12 hours, and this worthless app says we've had ZERO rain! There's no reason to let this app take up space on your device.Used to be great before Nutrien got involved.

3. Current location seems good.Used to be somewhat close to what our rain gauge held (spring-summer time) and now it is so far under actual amounts, it's not accurate at all.

1. Restart Nutrien Pocket Rain Gauge: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Nutrien Pocket Rain Gauge App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Nutrien Pocket Rain Gauge" » Open Nutrien Pocket Rain Gauge™ » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Nutrien Pocket Rain Gauge » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Nutrien Pocket Rain Gauge™ app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Nutrien Pocket Rain Gauge servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Nutrien Pocket Rain Gauge™" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Nutrien Pocket Rain Gauge app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Nutrien Pocket Rain Gauge might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Nutrien Pocket Rain Gauge. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Nutrien Pocket Rain Gauge then reinstall.
