  • It says I successfully completed instant cash out however the money isn't in my Twig account not in any of my other accounts...this happened last time where you manually had to send it to my Twig account. Also, the app is t loading right either and being very fault. I need my money asp so please fix this. Also, not happy either because your customer service chat agent read my messages a while ago as it tells me whether they seen it or not and they saw them and didn't even bother responding which is very rude and unprofessional and not how customer service works. They are supposed to help their customers not ignore them.
