Cancel Nebula Subscription on iPhone & iPad

1. On your phone, open "Settings" and tap your Apple ID profile.
2. Click "Subscriptions" and select "Nebula: Horoscope & Astrology".
3. Click "Cancel Subscription" and confirm the cancellation.

Alternative method via AppStore:

1. Goto the Appstore » your Profile » Subscriptions.
2. select "Nebula" and click "Cancel Subscription".

• As I have used the app very little, I would appeciate a review of my charges and a refund. In a previous email I asked that YOU DELETE MY SUBSCRIPTION ASAP so that no more charges are taken from my account. I do not recall giving permission for automatic withdrawls in the first place.

• I cancelled my subscription the same day I was charged $1 for the trial. My bank called me yesterday to find out if the recent charge was fraud. Since I signed up on May16 and cancelled through my Apple settings, it indicated I was no longer subscribed to Nebula. I now have a total of $57 charged to my card (each transaction is for $19 on May 29, June 12 and June 19). I expect a refund for those unauthorized charges and do not wish to use your service again. Please confirm this is being properly handled.
